LOUISVILLE, KY (March 27, 2019) – The Glenview Trust Company has named Alex Rankin vice chair of the board of directors and announced that Austin Musselman has been appointed to the board of directors. The board voted on February 27, 2019. Musselman was appointed upon the retirement of Ina Brown Bond, one of the founding board members of the wealth management company. Ina Brown Bond was elected Director Emeritus at the same meeting.
.Alex Rankin is a dedicated businessman and philanthropist. He serves as Chairman of Louisville insurance agency The Sterling G. Thompson Company and Trustee and former Chairman of the Board of the James Graham Brown Foundation. He also serves as Chairman of Churchill Downs Inc., and President of Upson Downs Farm in Goshen, Kentucky. Rankin previously served as President of The Kentucky Derby Museum, The Kentucky Thoroughbred Association, and The Kentucky Thoroughbred Owner and Breeders Association.
Austin Musselman is owner, manager and co-founder of Ashbourne Farms, a 2,250-acre farm and luxury event/outdoor sporting destination in LaGrange, Ky. He also divides his time among several endeavors, including serving as managing member of White Oak Investments LLC, a private holding company, and has participated in numerous development projects, including apartments, condominiums and mixed-use properties in Louisville’s downtown and Highlands neighborhoods.
