Getting to the Internet Site and Logging In
To connect to the site:

Go to the Glenview Trust Company Website:
www.glenviewtrust.com

Select “My Account” tab and then click on “LOGIN.” (You may want to save this login site as a “Favorite.”)

Enter your user id (not case sensitive) and password (case sensitive).

Exploring the Account View Site-- An Overview
The first thing you will see is a dialog box that says: This page contains both secure and nonsecured items. Do you want to display the nonsecured items? You should answer, “YES.” This is a secure and encrypted website.

This site lets you look at your account holdings and at monthly statements related to your selected account(s). You can look at your asset holdings and details related to those holdings. However, InvestEdge is not a market research site. If you need assistance with market research on a stock or bond, please contact your investment officer.

This site has 5 views: Home, Accounts, Statements, Support, and Log Off.

Looking at a Specific Account in Detail
To view an account, you can search three ways:

1. Click on the name of the account under “Recent Accounts ” or “Active Accounts” that are on the left on the home page. (This is the easiest way to see assets.)

2. You can also enter the account number or account number abbreviation (digits 6 through 8 of your 11-digit account number) into the account search box on the left menu bar and press enter.

3. Alternatively you can go to the account tab (view) on the main menu and enter the abbreviated number of your account: (Again, this abbreviation is comprised of the 6th through 8th digits of your 11-digit account number.) Then click the “search” button.

Once you have opened up the view of the account, you can click on any security holding to see additional details that may be available.

Changing Your Password and /or User ID or E-mail Address
To change your password, e-mail address or phone number:

Click on “Support” on the top main menu bar.

Click “Utilities” on the left menu bar

Click “Change Personal Info.”

Enter your new preferred Password, etc.
(If you are entering a new password, you also will need to enter the “Password Confirm.”)

Getting Locked Out of Your Account Access
If you try three times unsuccessfully to login to the InvestEdge site, you will be locked out of the site until an administrator unlocks the account. This is a security precaution designed to protect you from intruders. Getting locked out of an account usually happens when the user forgets a password or forgets that the password is case sensitive. To contact an administrator to unlock your account, go to the “Getting Help” section of these instructions. We are happy to reset your password or unlock the account or both. However, we cannot give you the same password again. The system will not accept it.

Changing Your Screen Preferences
If you want to change the screen preference (Screen Resolution) for your view of InvestEdge:

Click on “Support” on the top main menu bar.

Click “Utilities” on the left menu bar.

Click “Preferences” under “Change Personal Information” Header.

Select your preferred screen resolution from the dropdown box.

Click the “Submit” button.

Printing or Looking at a Monthly Account Statement (Available February 2005)
Once you have opened the account that you wish to view, click on the “Statements” menu button on the left-hand side of the page. Look under the "Statements Displayed" window for the month that interests you. Click its view (underline View) link on the right. This will bring up the statement as a PDF file that can be viewed or printed. You can page down or scroll through the pages of the report.

Getting Notifications When New Monthly Account Statements Are Posted
Statements are generally posted by the fourth business day after the end of the month. We will send you an e-mail notice when we post the statements each month. If your e-mail address changes, please enter that information under the “Support” tab. (This is a new
on–line statement service which will be available no later than February 4, 2005.)

Logging Off
For security purposes, you should always log off at the end of the session, using the “Log Off” tab on the main menu bar.
