Jennifer Fust-Rutherford

Charitable Principal

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in the legal and charitable fields. As Charitable Principal, she specializes in helping individuals and families realize their philanthropic goals while maximizing their charitable impact.

A Louisville native, Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs and her Juris Doctorate from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.

Before joining Glenview, Jennifer served as Director of Gift Planning at the Community Foundation of Louisville, where she worked with fundholders to create personalized charitable funds in conjunction with their estate and financial planning. Prior to the Foundation, Jennifer was a partner at Conliffe, Sandmann and Sullivan in Louisville, focusing on business and litigation matters.

Jennifer is a member of both the Kentucky and the Louisville Bar Associations, and the Estate Planning Council of Metro Louisville. She also serves on the Louisville Board of Water Works and is past Chair of the Louisville Water Foundation.
