Staff Biographies – Veirs

Joanna Veirs is credentialed as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. She is a cum laude graduate of Truman State University in Kirskville, Missouri, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She began her career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, as an auditor and tax accountant in Richmond, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. She later became a tax manager with Arthur Andersen, LLP, in Nashville, Tennessee. During her years in public accounting, she provided financial, tax and executive compensation planning services to high net wealth and high visibility individuals, Arthur Andersen partners and various corporate executives. She also served as a consultant to global clients in the areas of inpatriate/expatriate taxation, developing and implementing personalized planning and compliance services that generated tax savings for both the employer and the international assignee.

Prior to joining Glenview, Joanna worked for PNC Advisors as a Financial Planner and Retirement Advisor.

Joanna is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Planning Association.
