Sara Bauer Thomas has 10 years experience serving individual, trust and estate clients with a focus on tax planning and compliance with a local accounting firm.

Sara received a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Indiana - Bloomington in 1992 and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1995. She received her CPA designation in 1998. She also obtained the national designation Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

In 2002, Sara was recognized as one of Louisville’s “Forty Under Forty” young professionals. She has served her profession as a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants Taxation Committee, speaking at various tax and business valuation conferences and serving as a participant author in the “Tax Line” column published in the Courier-Journal.

She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.
