Steven M. Blevins, JD, CTFA

Trust Principal

Steven joined The Glenview Trust Company in 2021 as Trust Principal concentrating his efforts in the fiduciary trust administration and estate planning areas.  He has extensive experience advising high net and ultra-high net worth individuals and families in the areas of wealth transfer planning, estate and personal planning, tax planning, fiduciary trust administration, charitable giving, and business succession planning.

Prior to joining Glenview, Steven served as Vice-President at PNC Wealth Management Group where he managed many of its largest multi-generational family relationships advising on trust and estate planning, fiduciary trust administration, and complex wealth transfer planning strategies.  In addition to his financial services industry experience, Steven has worked with individuals, families, closely held businesses and their fiduciaries as a member of the Trusts, Estates, and Personal Planning Practice Group at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP, one of the South Central U.S. region’s largest law firms.

Steven received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2012.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mississippi in 2009 and graduated with honors.

Professionally, he is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Metro Louisville.  He remains current on tax, legal, financial, and estate planning strategies through his Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation with the American Bankers Association. 

Steven remains active in the community through his service as a member of the Board of Governors for the Speed Art Museum, Kentucky’s oldest and largest art museum, the Board of Directors for CASA of the River Region, and the Board of Directors for The Peterson-Dumesnil House Foundation.
